Intro
Hi there! I’d like to start off by stating that I made this site to satisfy my hobby of reading Chinese novel MTL and making it easier for those other people out there like me ヾ(≧ ▽ ≦)ゝ
To be honest, I work on this in my free time and I do wish for gratification through money (to buy snacks and kpop merch).
I know Chinese so I edit some parts here and there. But it is not at a professional level, so I will leave full editing to future translators who may decide to pick up the novels.
I hope YanniMTL helps more people enjoy webnovels in the form of MTL.
Reasons for Reading MTL
- You can’t wait to read the rest of the novel because the translator is on hiatus or translates slower than your reading speed.
- You want spoilers. Not from someone else, but spoilers you find out yourself.
- In rare cases, the translator may not properly translate, and their work is pretty much MTL or worse than MTL. (Of course, I really appreciate the work of most translators, who actually translate the novel and dedicate time for us readers.) \(￣︶￣*\))
- Our brains naturally fix the sentences we read through top-down processing. More information on this: Article 1, Article 2.
Note: Unfortunately, if reading MTL is like pouring bleach into your eyes and your brain cells are committing apoptosis, it may not the best solution for you. /(ㄒoㄒ)/~~
For Translators
If you wish to pick up any novel on YanniMTL and properly translate it, feel free to do so! After all, this site was made for sharing Chinese webnovels to English readers.
If you are editing/polishing the MTL, please credit YanniMTL as the raw MTL source. O(∩_∩)O

Novels are added based on Novel Requests. Usually the minimum is one new novel per month.
